The Agilent Cary Universal Measurement Accessory (UMA) (Part Number: G6875A) is a highly automated, variable-angle optical characterization accessory. It integrates with Agilent Cary UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometers (specifically the Cary 4000, 5000, 6000i, and 7000 series) to execute multi-angle absolute reflection, transmission, and scattering measurements in a single automated sequence. When pre-installed onto a Cary 5000 engine chassis from the factory, the combined system is sold directly as the Agilent Cary 7000 Universal Measurement Spectrophotometer (UMS).
