SAIC RTR-4 Portable Digital X-Ray Imaging System
The SAIC RTR-4 Portable Digital X-Ray Imaging System is a portable, self-contained system which produces high quality digital radiographic images for PC workstation viewing. When used in conjunction with the Golden Engineering XR200 X-ray source, the system is ideal for field use.
The XR200 is a pulsed x-ray device that produces x-ray pulses of very short duration (60 nanoseconds). It produces a relatively low dose rate comparable to a 1.0 ma constant potential machine.
