Agilent ACEA Biosciences iCELLigence Wireless DP Real Time Cell Analyzer
The iCELLigence RTCA instrument uses non-invasive electrical impedance monitoring to measure cell proliferation, morphological changes and adhesion quality in real-time and label-free. The instrument is placed in a standard CO2 cell culture incubator which then transmits data wirelessly to the Control Unit (iPad placed outside the incubator). The user-friendly software enables real-time interface with two separate electronic 8-well plates, and includes real-time data display and analysis functions. The larger well sizes of these plates provide sufficient cells for complementary assays including western blotting, sequencing analysis, FACS, imaging, and others.
