Hitachi TM3000 Tabletop Microscope Scanning Electron Microscope SEM

This Hitachi TM3000 Tabletop Microscope looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.

It powers up, and the computer boots up, and I was able to access the software, and the machine is responsive to the controls.

I tried imaging a printed silicon wafer, but the machine is apparently missing a height gauge fixture needed to properly position the specimen stub within the field of view, so I was unable to focus on an image.

During initialization, both pumps were reported as needing service, but they still pumped the chamber down to vacuum just fine.

This is the extent of my testing of this system, and it is being sold as-is.
